To register for Electrimacs 2014, please follow these instructions:

  • Step 1. Registration: Fill up the registration form and click send. You will be given the chance to include billing and invoice details. Once you have registered, you will receive a confirmation e-mail message, including your bill/invoice and the payment instructions.
  • Step 2. Payment: Follow the e-mail message instructions and carry out the payment using any of the included payment options.

Full regular or student registration includes: Conference and tutorial attendance, conference eProceedings, printed materials (Conference Guide), welcome party and banquet, coffee breaks and lunches. Please note that student ID copy is mandatory to qualify for a student rate.

Accompanying Person will only receive access to all lunches, Welcome Party and Banquet.

An author must pay a full regular or student registration fee before 5th of April 2014. NOTE: Each full, regular registration or student registration entitles an author to publish up one (1) paper. A second paper can be published with an extra charge of 250 Euros. A third paper requires a second full registration fee. All papers with paid registration and presented at the conference will be included in the proceedings.


If you are an author, we need your permission to include your paper(s) in the proceedings. By submitting a paper and registering for the conference, the author agrees to grant unconditional and non-exclusive rights to the Universitat Politecnica de Valencia to publish the paper in both electronic and printed formats to the extent allowed by applicable laws. The corresponding author states that he has the right to grant such permission and that has the consent of all the co-authors of the paper. The rights granted to Universitat Politecnica de Valencia are non-exclusive so the author(s) keep full copyright of their work


All refund/cancellation requests must be provided in writing and received by 1st of May, 2011. Reimbursement will be minus 50% of full amount of conference registration for administration fee. No refunds will be issued after 5th of May 2014.
